We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background in data analytics, AI-driven products, and predictive insights. This role will be the evangelist of AI-powered analytics, dashboards, and conversation intelligence features that make an impact at scale.
If you have experience building data-heavy SaaS products, defining data visualizations, predictive analytics, and/or AI/ML features, and love collaborating with technical teams to drive innovation, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:
Own the Strategy
Own your area of the product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive insight, action, and results.
Translate business needs into scalable, AI-enabled product capabilities with meaningful outcomes for users.
Identify opportunities to innovate with data—whether through visualizations, predictive analytics, or conversation trends.
Lead with Data & Curiosity
Analyze product usage and customer behavior to inform roadmap and iteration cycles.
Track and evaluate feature performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve impact.
Help define and shape AI-driven functionality that enhances communication at scale.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with Engineering to scope, unblock, and ship new features with speed and quality.
Partner with UX to ensure every dashboard, insight, and experience is intuitive and accessible.
Align with Go-To-Market teams to educate internal stakeholders and support product rollouts.
Drive Enablement & Mentorship
Lead internal knowledge sharing across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on capabilities and value.
Mentor Product Managers and UX Designers, guiding strategic thinking and prioritization where needed.
Bring others along for the ride—ensuring ideas are heard, context is shared, and everyone feels connected to the “why.”
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Substantial SaaS Product Management Experience
You have substantial experience in SaaS product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading product initiatives from planning to launch in B2B environments. You know how to ship high-impact features that deliver real value.
Hands-On Analytics & Visualization Skills
You bring hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization, and you’re confident using data to inform prioritization, measure outcomes, and shape product strategy.
AI, ML, and Data-Driven Feature Exposure
You have experience with AI and data-driven product features, and ideally a background in AI/ML applications, conversation intelligence, or predictive analytics. You’re curious about emerging tech and excited by the possibilities of what comes next.
Tool Fluency Across Product & Design
You’re comfortable with modern product management tools like Aha!, Azure DevOps, and Figma. You use them to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and keep projects moving smoothly.
Methodology Adaptability
You’ve worked with leading product methodologies like RICE, Agile, Scrum, or Shape Up. You know when to follow the framework—and when to flex it. You’re adaptable in less scripted processes and thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve.
Small Team Mentality
You bring a team-first mindset and the ability to lead and execute in small, nimble teams. You value speed, collaboration, and shared wins over individual credit.
Higher Ed Tech Experience (Bonus)
Experience in higher education technology is a plus—but not required. What matters most is your ability to understand mission-driven users and design solutions that serve them well.

The salary range for this position is $106,000-$126,000.
