Your Privacy Choices
You have control over how Mongoose uses your personal information. This page gives you two kinds of controls: one for your browser, and one for the information in our records. Most people only need the first.
1. Cookies and advertising in this browser
Our website uses cookies and pixels to measure traffic and to show you ads for Mongoose on other sites. You can turn that off here.
This opens the same panel you saw when you first visited. Choosing “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” stops our advertising and analytics tags from loading. Your choice applies to every page on hellomongoose.com and is stored in this browser. If you clear cookies or use another device, you’ll need to make it again. Come back here anytime to change it.
2. Information in our records
If you’ve filled out a form on our site, attended a webinar, or spoken with our team, we have your contact information on file, and we may share it with advertising partners to show you ads. The cookie panel above doesn’t cover that. This form does.
You can also use this form to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
What happens next. Opt-out requests are completed within 15 business days, and you don’t need to verify your identity for those. For access, correction, and deletion requests, we’ll confirm your identity first, usually by emailing the address on file, and respond within 45 days. If we can’t complete a request, we’ll tell you why and how to appeal.
Students, applicants, and alumni of our Partner institutions
If you’ve received a text or chat message from a college or university that uses Mongoose, your information belongs to that institution. We process it on their behalf. To ask about it, opt out, or request deletion, contact the institution directly. They can act on your request through our support process.
