It does not apply to information collected via our software products or services, including any student or contact data processed on behalf of our customers, which is governed by separate contractual agreements and data processing terms.

Mongoose takes data security and privacy seriously. We apply technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect the data we collect against accidental or unlawful destruction and loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, particularly where processing involves the transmission of data over a network.
International Users
Our products and services are operated in the United States and are intended only for U.S.-based users. If you access our services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using our site and services, you consent to this transfer and processing.
