- Track Resolution Outcomes: Know at a glance if conversations are Resolved, Responded to, or left Unresolved, so no student or alum falls through the cracks.

- Visualize Conversation Growth: Understand how your conversations are growing over time — and where momentum is building across your institution.

- Uncover Top Trending Topics: See what’s rising to the top across departments like Admissions, Student Success, or Advancement, and adjust your communication strategy accordingly.

Pro Tip: Conversations = any thread with at least one incoming and outgoing message, closed after 3 days of inactivity.
